I met with a very professional representative, I lost track of time and was in the middle of hanging a ceiling fan when he arrived. He took his time explaining all aspects of the contest and services they offer… thank you it was a very informative experience.
I was surprised when your bathroom boy called and wanted to see my bathroom. He was very informative about future services and left me a coupon for future work. I was very embarrassed by the condition of my bathroom and explained that I am a single home-owner and try my best to do what I can on my own. He didn’t comment on the condition and I was very pleased in his professionalism.Thanks again…
Just wanted to let you know that the bathroom boy was a pleasure to talk to when he came to inspect my bathroom for the free makeover contest. He was appreciative of my 100+ year old home, and I would certainly consider using Rich Services because of his professional and courteous attitude.
Hi. I just wanted to thank you for the honor of even just being included in this contest. We have honestly never even made it this far in any competition, so we already feel like we’ve won something.The gentleman that came to look at our bathroom was so friendly and helpful. We actually enjoyed a nice conversation with him and felt like he was an old friend.We have never had a regular plumber that we have used before. Whenever we have had a problem, we have just randomly called a plumber from the phone book. However, we had such a wonderful experience with your company, that we will be calling you for our plumbing needs.
